We understand that pets are part of the family, and we welcome approved pets in our rental property under the following conditions:

  1. Pet Approval:
  2. All pets must be approved by the landlord prior to move-in or before acquiring a pet during the lease term. Approval is based on the type, breed, size, and number of pets. Certain breeds and exotic animals may not be permitted.
  3. Pet Deposit and Monthly Fee:
    • A non-refundable pet deposit of $400 per pet is required before the pet is allowed on the property.
    • A monthly pet fee of $25 per pet will be added to the rent.
  4. Responsibility:
  5. Tenants are fully responsible for any damage caused by their pet(s) to the property, including but not limited to flooring, walls, landscaping, and fixtures. Damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.
  6. Pet Conduct:
  7. Pets must not disturb neighbors or other tenants. Excessive barking, aggression, or failure to pick up pet waste will be considered violations of the lease agreement.
  8. Other Requirements:
    • Pets must be properly licensed and vaccinated according to local laws.
    • Pets must be kept on a leash in all common areas.
    • Tenants must provide proof of current vaccinations and licensing upon request.
